Generally, your order will take around six weeks from your order date.

Week 1 Order is taken and put in an editing queue
Week 2 Images are expertly edited to customer specification
Week 3 Images are then double checked by sales staff before printing
Week 4 Images are printed here or for specialist products, sent to the printers
Week 5 Orders are completed and double checked, some being reprinted
Week 6 We only call the customer when the whole order is complete-
            most customers will receive a call here
Week 7 If you have not received a call by now,
            please call us and we shall make it a priority

It is our intention to store your images for up to 2 years. This will be confirmed as the studio evolves.

Yes, that's fine. However, as we do take a lot of images of children, we shall need to double check with the parents that the order may go ahead.
